To serve men, women & children of all ages and ethnicities – especially the poor in the communities we live and serve – while promoting and improving the quality of life, peace and justice for all. Advocating and educating to prevent illness and disease, promoting healthy lifestyle, and protecting and preserving our resources for a sustainable and healthy world.

Committed to transform, inspire and impact lives causing a healthy ripple effect that targets the root cause(s) that break the cycle of poverty and disease to create a healthy sustainable world.
Although not required by law, this organization applied and received it determination letter (on file for public review) from the IRS as a 501(c)( 3)exempt organization under section 501(a) of the Internal Revenue Code as an organization described in 501 (c) (3) on May 18, 2004. IRS determination was made that it operates as a Type III supporting organization – non functionally integrated not active in political or legislative/lobbying activities. As a religious, educational and public charity it is not required to file an annual return with the IRS. In recent years to date it has chosen to continue to operate as a public charitable, unincorporated non-profit ministry having less than $5,000 in annual revenues, and is permitted to function as a 501(c)3 without applying for IRS recognition pursuant to s. 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
